Jardinana Resort’s location in Cala de Mijas is unique, with one of the Costa del Sol’s most idyllic, sandy beaches in walking distance. Day-to-day amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops and banks, as well as bus and taxi services can be found in the town centre of Cala de Mijas. All are within walking distance of the resort.
The development enjoys a privileged position on the Costa del Sol, with Malaga Airport and Marbella town both less than a 20-minute drive away. The resort is just a 10-minute drive from Fuengirola, which is host to Miramar, one of the largest commercial malls in the area.
Golf La Noria Resort is less than 200 metres away from Jardinana Resort. The golf course is home to a cafeteria that is open all year around – perfect for drinks or a light lunch. A large supermarket, medical centre and public sports centre with an adjacent park can all be found within the Jardinana Resort.

In order to provide the best possible second home experience to residents, Jardinana offers its buyers a range of private facilities, accessible by residents only. EDSA (www.edsaplan.com) is well known for its master planning and landscape architecture, and along the way has edified the importance of creating the outdoor spaces that unify a development. EDSA has worked for a number of clients in the resort industry such as Four Seasons, Hilton and Rosewood.
Jardinana Resort is being developed by an experienced team of local partners and international investors.
